Refunds will only be considered under specific circumstances and are subject to an investigation. Refund Process

  • Resolution: Once our investigation is complete, we will notify you of our decision. If your complaint is valid, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 working days. Please note that any decision on refunds is made at the discretion of Wildbite Ltd, and all refunds must be agreed upon by both parties before being processed.
